Just
got home from the premiere of '42' - the life story of baseball
great Jackie Robinson and his history-making signing with the
Brooklyn Dodgers under the guidance of team executive Branch Rickey.
What
a fantastic film! Jackie is played by Chadwick Boseman and Branch
Rickey by Harrison Ford. I'm not much of a sports guy but I loved
every minute of this movie. It was rivetting and, at the same
time, hard to believe that this kind of thing was common place
just 70 short years ago.
Do
yourself a favor and go see this movie
- you won't regret it!
